Zambian Bill of Rights

This Bill of Rights is the keystone of democracy in Zambia. It formally enshrines those fundamental rights and liberties considered essential for all people in our country. It avows the democratic values that border on human dignity, equality and freedom.

The Bill of Rights is subject to be incorporated in the New Zambian Constitution upon a Referendum on August 11th, 2016.

The purpose of this application is to act as a “Human Rights Defender” as per United Nations Human Rights Commission (UNHRC) holistic definition. “Human Rights Defender” is a term used to describe people who, individually or with others, act to promote or protect human rights……...” - UNHRC

As a human rights defender we want to play a part in making sure that our people are in the know of their rights and this in turn will culminate into helping them make an informed decision when going to the referendum come August 11th, 2016.

Having the Bill of Rights as an android app will help in the ease of distribution and the awesome user experience - having to read the bill of rights at the convenience of your phone whenever and wherever.

Bill of Rights dikenakan dimasukkan dalam Konstitusi Baru Zambia pada sebuah Referendum pada 11 Agustus 2016.

Tujuan dari aplikasi ini adalah untuk bertindak sebagai "Pembela HAM" sebagai per PBB Komisi Hak Asasi Manusia (UNHRC) definisi holistik. "Pembela HAM" adalah istilah yang digunakan untuk menggambarkan orang-orang yang secara individu atau dengan orang lain, bertindak untuk mempromosikan atau melindungi hak asasi manusia ...... ... "- UNHRC

Sebagai pembela hak asasi manusia kita ingin berperan dalam memastikan bahwa orang-orang kita yang tahu hak-hak mereka dan ini pada gilirannya akan berujung ke membantu mereka membuat keputusan ketika akan referendum datang 11 Agustus 2016.

Memiliki Bill of Rights sebagai sebuah aplikasi android akan membantu dalam kemudahan distribusi dan pengalaman pengguna yang luar biasa - harus membaca tagihan hak di dari telepon kapanpun dan dimanapun.

Ketahui Hak Fundamental Anda dan Kebebasan, sehingga Anda mungkin bisa berpartisipasi dengan bebas, tanpa rasa takut atau dengki baik dalam hak-hak dan kebebasan dalam membantu menciptakan dan menentukan masa depan yang cerah bagi generasi mendatang negara kita.
